Description of Dipotassium Phosphate
Dipotassium Phosphate (DKP) is an effective buffering agent and sequesterant for a variety of uses functioning as a balancing agent. DKP when used as a food additive or preservative is highly effective in preventing coagulation, and is commonly used in the non-dairy creamer market as a buffering agent.
