Description of Potassium Benzoate
Potassium Benzoate is a food preservative that inhibits the growth of mold, yeast and some bacteria. Potassium benzoate is the potassium salt of benzoic acid and has an E number of (E212).
Potassium Benzoate and Sodium Benzoate are part of our flavor optimized line. This is a proprietary method of eliminating impurities in products that cause off taste and odor.
